2. Quotations and Proposals
- Validity: All project quotes provided by GNC are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in the written proposal.
- Accuracy: Quotes are based on the specifications provided by the client. Any modifications to site requirements or system architecture after the initial proposal may result in price adjustments.
- Non-Binding: A request for a quote does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is only formed upon written confirmation and execution of a Purchase Order (PO).
3. Intellectual Property
All technical drawings, system schematics, software, and marketing materials provided by GNC are the exclusive property of GNC Technologies and the Zhongtuo Group. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
GNC Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, installation, or failure of our products, provided such failure is not a result of direct manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
Quality & Technical Disclaimers
1. Certification & Standards
- Compliance: GNC products are manufactured to meet international standards (e.g., UL, EN, CCC). It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the chosen system components comply with local fire safety codes and building regulations in their specific jurisdiction.
- Disclaimer: While GNC endeavors to provide systems that meet international safety requirements, the final approval of any fire protection or safety installation remains subject to local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) inspection and approval.
2. Professional Installation Requirement
- All GNC equipment is designed for integration by licensed, certified professionals. GNC is not responsible for system failures, performance degradation, or safety hazards resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the provided technical manuals.
3. Product Representation
- Visuals: Images, schematics, and technical renderings provided on our website or in proposals are for illustrative purposes. Actual product design may vary due to continuous product improvement and regulatory updates.
- Technical Specifications: While we maintain high standards of accuracy, GNC reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice to ensure compliance with updated safety standards.
4. Warranty & Returns
- All hardware is subject to the standard GNC limited warranty. Warranty coverage is contingent upon proof of proper maintenance, correct installation by certified personnel, and adherence to operational guidelines.
